Returns & Refund Policy

At Clini-Pure, we aim to provide high-quality research supplies and excellent customer service. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 daysof delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Not show any signs of use, damage, or modification.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless the product is faulty or supplied in error.

Refillable Research Pens

Refillable research pens may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused.
  • In their original packaging.
  • In a resaleable condition.

Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on disposable or single-use products once they have been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Syringes
  • Needles
  • Pen needles
  • Alcohol swabs
  • Gauze swabs
  • Bacteriostatic Water
  • Empty cartridges
  • Mixing and laboratory consumables
  • Any sterile or sealed disposable products

Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly, these products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take several working days to appear in your account.
